To generate your Vedic horoscope and process your payment, we collect:
We use your birth details solely to compute your astrological chart and generate your personalised horoscope report. We use your name and email to deliver that report and to communicate with you about your order. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
Your data is stored using Supabase, which encrypts data at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or other payment instrument details on our own systems — these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their own security standards and privacy policy.
Your completed reading is sent to you by email using Resend, our email delivery service. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering your reading.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@tarakini.ai. We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible.
