Your Vedic horoscope is a digital product, synthesised specifically from the birth details you provide and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a reading has been generated.
Your reading is prepared and made available to you within minutes of payment being confirmed. As with other instantly-delivered digital goods, this immediacy is why we are unable to offer a standard refund or “change of mind” policy.
If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will regenerate your reading or issue a refund, at our discretion. If you believe this has happened to you, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it.
